Tyre Cutting Line for Tyre Recycling Industries include:

1. Tyre Side wall Cutting Machine(Both sides and One side cutting)

All these machines are used to cut a tyre into smaller pieces of 25 mm x 25 mm to 50 mm x 50 mm size.

Firstly, a tyre is cut into three pieces i.e two Side walls and one tread part using "Tyre Cutting Machines" either SE-TCM3-18(other models: SE-TCM3-12 and SE-TCM3-24) or SE-TCM-OS(other models: SE-TCM-OTR).

Then the tyre side walls and the tread part are cut into strips using Tyre Strip Cutting Machine(SE-TSCM), leaving behind strips 25 to 50 mm wide and the ring of tyre which has steel wire.

Further, the strips obtained are cut into blocks of size 25 mm x 25 mm to 50 mm x 50 mm using Tyre Block Cutting Machine(SE-TBCM).

While cutting the strips from tyre, the ring of the tyre is left behind as it has steel wire. The Steel Wire is separated from the rings using Tyre Bead Wire Separator Machine(SE-BDR).

The steel wire is sold as it is in the market at good prices or cut into smaller pieces 1-2 mm long wire shots using Cut Wire Shot Machine(SE-CWSM).
